Term 4 Soccer Camps
Dates: 19/10-7/12 - Saturdays in Tarneit
Dates 20/10-8/12 - Sundays in Point Cook
If your child wants to get active and interested in soccer, while making plenty of new friends, then our Term 4 Soccer Program is the perfect place!
We cater to children of all skill levels and ability! We foster a supportive environment so that they can feel comfortable and thrive at soccer, and have fun! Our times for locations are:
Tarneit (every Saturday) @ Wimba School
Point Cook (every Sunday) @ Featherbrook College

Lion Cubs (ages 4-8)
10 AM - 11 AM
In this class, the fundamentals of soccer will be taught, encouraging enjoyment and knowledge of the game!
Fun will be emphasised, with plenty of opportunities to boost their social confidence, after making new friends!
The Lion Cubs session will consist of (but not limited to):
- Creative Soccer Drills
- Interactive coach-student activities
- Co-operation activities
- Technique Coaching
- How to correctly pass, dribble, and shoot!
- Open-field practice
- Learning how to use teamwork and vision to progress the match!
- Big Game (at the end of every class!)
- Your chances to score lots of goals!
Most importantly, we'll work with each individual child (no matter how shy they are), to boost their self-belief and ability! We want every child to be entertained.

Lion Pride (aged 8-13)
11 AM - 12 PM
This class will move beyond the basics of soccer, and transitioning into improving tactical gameplay!
Our coaches will get to know each of your kids personally, to tailor an optimal training plan for each person. Hence, all players will get a chance to thrive, regardless if they are playing soccer for the first time, or are an experienced pro!
The Lion Pride session will consist of (but not limited to):
- Free-flowing drills
- Practising their decision-making before applying this skill in a game.
- Transitional drills
- Integrating teamwork and initiative to maximise the goals scored!
- Advanced technical practice
- How to improve your spatial awareness, ball control, through-balls, and finishing.
- Tactical Analysis
- Basic whiteboard tutorials on how to improve performances, such as positioning.

Uniforms!
Due to many requests, we will be introducing a team kit in Term 3!
This jersey is intended to boost team spirit and morale amongst Playmakers players. Designed by Umbro Sports, the shirt offers:
- Sweat absorbtion for added comfort
- 100% Polyester Interlock
- Umbro Diamond Logo
- Authentic Mesh Sleeves
The following shirts can be purchased in our store (individual or as part of Term 3 enrolment).

Purchase of this jersey is 100% OPTIONAL. Individuals are free to enjoy our classes wearing any athletic attire they choose to.
UPDATE: Orders before July 17 will receive their shirts in class for Week 2. Orders after this point should expect a 3-4 week delivery time, to be collected in class.
